Our most popular option is Automatic Delivery. Customers enjoy it for its ease and the peace of mind it gives them!
Here’s how Automatic Delivery works. Your propane usage is tracked over time, so depending on the weather and length of time since last delivery, among other variables, a delivery can be made before the tank runs low.
For you, this means you spend less time worrying about your propane tank, and more time doing things you enjoy doing! Remember, any large variance in propane usage must be reported to Williams so we can adjust our delivery forecasting accordingly.
If you prefer more control over your propane delivery or have appliances with varying usage levels, we still offer Will-Call service. With Will-Call, you are responsible for monitoring your propane tank gauge levels and requesting a delivery. We recommend that you don’t let your tank get below 40% full. If you don’t like having to check your tank and still want the benefits of automatic delivery, we do offer electronic propane tank monitors that can send usage data to yourself and Williams for remote monitoring.
