Service plan coverage includes discounts on labor and parts and some even cover an occasional tune-up maintenance.

Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This plan covers labor and includes a 15% discount relative to all aforementioned parts in the Heating and Hot Water Service Plan, plus a periodic heating system tune-up, which includes the following:
  • Adjust boiler water level (steam boilers)
  • Check operating controls
  • Clean and check electrodes and nozzle assembly
  • Clean interior heating surfaces and inspect flue pipe
  • Flush low water cut-off (steam boilers)
  • Inspect combustion chamber
  • Inspect oil filter cartridge and burner nozzle and replace as needed
  • Lubricate motors
  • Perform efficiency test and rating and leave the tag in a conspicuous location
  • Replace the air filter (customer supplied)
  • Tune-up oil-fired water heater (if applicable)

During the time of coverage, this plan covers labor and includes a 15% discount relative to those listed parts which may become defective due to normal wear and tear. The plan also includes a periodic tune-up. A minimum outside temperature of 65 degrees is required for an air conditioning tune-up. Parts covered at 15% include the following:
  • Air filter (customer supplied)
  • Blower motor
  • Capacitor
  • Condenser motor
  • Contactor
  • Fan blade
  • Pressure switch
  • Relay
  • Solenoid

Tune-up

This plan includes a periodic system tune-up, which includes the following:

  • Check air handler and condensate drain lines
  • Check refrigerant levels and tubing
  • Check thermostat
  • Clean and check condenser unit
  • Lubricate motors
  • Replace the air filter (customer supplied)

Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
